In this unit we covered modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. It was something I haven't been over in some years so i found it interesting to read the basic rules and how they are used to express different ideas; obligation, possibility / probability, permission / prohibition, ability and advise. This defiantly triggered my knowledge of the subject and made it relatable to how I use it day to day. I found 'Passive voice' interesting - elaborating on the subject of 'The active' and 'the passive' was valuable + the object of the active verb becoming the subject of the passive verb and the usage depending on the focus. The teaching ideas are useful too.
