Unit 5 is about how to best manage your classroom. Managing a classroom involves how to arrange the chairs in the class, how to group the students for different activities and how to act as a teacher. Everything from how you use gestures to how you give directions will affect the students understanding. The unit also talks about how to maintain discipline and respect. I found the part about how to prevent problem behavior the most interesting but also the advice given about talking to your colleagues. I think help from more experienced teachers will be very useful once I start teaching.
