This unit reveals the usage of modal auxiliary verbs, phrasal verbs and passive voice along with their formation rules. Where modals are used to express a number of different ideas, such as obligation, possibility, ability, request, advice, etc. Passive form of voice is used when the doer of an action is not known,not important or we don't want to say anything about the agent. On the other hand, phrasal verbs are the combination of a verb and one or two particles, and have their own specific meanings and types.
