Unit 12 is about how to teach productive skills or in other words, writing and speaking. It covers the differences in teaching accuracy and fluency in speech and guidelines for more creative speaking activities. In writing we’re instructed how to best teach the most important skills, handwriting, spelling, layout and punctuation and creative writing. At the end, games suitable for teaching productive skills are listed.
I found the part about games the most interesting. It feels like a good way to keep students motivated and interested. I like the thought of being able to use pretty much any game by just adapting it to an EFL classroom.
