In unit 19 provide some good valuable information on the do's and don't of ESL as it pertains to business english and different levels of ESL students learning english for the first time. The video was very informative as well and work well with the unit 19 handouts. The information in the handouts will come in good use when teaching and preparing class for business english. It give great insight of how and what to expect prior to teaching.
