It is concluded that speaking and writing as productive skills,play a vital role in learning a language and both are used for communication purpose.However,they are different in many ways,but the two factors to be considered for both writing and speaking are accuracy and fluency respectively.Where accuracy becomes a part of study phase,fluency is mostly checked during activate phase of an ESA lesson plan.Both are important to make the language understandable to learners and then usable in a controlled and creative manner.In the writing skill,handwriting,spelling,layout and punctuation are also considered along with the grammar and vocabulary that are an important part of the speaking skill.
