I have learned about the four different aspects of the present tense, why mistakes may occur when students are trying to use these, and how I can make corrections. As a native English speaker, these things come to me intuitively, so having it reduced in such a way has been very helpful in me viewing them in a new way. Before, if someone had written the sentence, "i've been knowing her for six months", I would not have known how to approach corrections. But because of this lesson, I could now say, the verb "know" does not take the present perfect continuous form, consider this instead, etc. Also, the "activate games" seem interesting. For example, the "noise" one for the present continuous form sounds like it could be fun! In this, one student would make e.g. yawning sounds, and the other student has to guess, "you are yawning".
