Teaching of special groups the unit explains the importance of being able to show and express the skills needed/required to put together a well structured and balanced lesson plan. Not just aiming the lesson towards a single age bracket but more towards a lesson for all ages, from young learners such as kids to middle aged and even towards people in their late adult hood.
Structuring a class for all ages requires some skill, knowing the strengths an weakness of the class and the individuals that will be undergoing the learning. Keeping in mind that the class not just needs to be knowledgeable but also needs to be some what interesting to keep the students interested for further lessons. With all this being said that's where the class needs to be a well balanced ESA plan in place.
