I really liked this unit, because it gave some information about teaching English for Business. I gained some new knowledge and it answered some of my questions about Business English. It definitely answered my question about whether or not I need intensive background knowledge of a certain field in order to teach English in a company.
This unit also covered other aspects of teaching that I think as important, such as: multilingual classes, teaching younger learners, and also the different ways to handle each of these classes.
