There are different types of special groups when teaching English:

Some disadvantages are: students might be tired from work or other activities, some activities are not possible to do because the teacher is the student’s partner and there are no groups.

For Business English is critical to have a English level test to know their needs and a Needs Analysis form completed to understand their wants. This will allow you to match them more effectively to the company’s needs and wants.
Also finding agreements on common needs would be helpful for your planning. In addition, test the students’ Progress and provide a post course evaluation to know areas of improvement for future lessons.
