Unit sixteen is about the types of conditional and reported speech. That is, it gives a clear idea about forms and uses of the conditionals; zero, first, second, third and mixed. Moreover, the rules of how to change direct/ active speech to indirect/ reported speech. Thus for transferring from active to reported sentences, it must change tenses such present simple to past simple, peresnt continuous to past continuous, etc, omit the quotation marks that use in active sentences, and also use reporting verbs in the past like 'said, told, asked', and change to suitable pronouns and also change the time expresions as 'tomorrow to next day and so on'. And as I am concerned this unit is very important because it gives a clear idea about how sentences form in English language system.
