Common problems are going to occur when teaching language learners. This unit shared information that would deem helpful to the teacher. The first lesson is usually where students as well as teachers are a bit nervous. This unit helped me to understand some things I could do to help the student as well as myself. One that stands out is establishing a rapport with the students, this could be done through interactive activities. I also found the information for different class size interesting because it outlined how to use worksheets as well as group/pair work. This could definitely take a bit of stress from the teacher as well as the students.
