From this unit it’s clear that in order to solving potential problems the teacher has to find out as much as possible about the students, their individual English ability as well as their needs. I have also learned that the teacher can use various techniques to involve and encourage students to take part in the class. Having a good rapport with the students will certainly ensue an improved foundation to handle and overcome inevitable problems.
The revolving idea is that the teacher has to cater for the different levels of English ability regardless, so that the stronger as well as the weaker ones all benefit. It’s not always possible to divide the class up therefore the teacher has to have additional material (or alternative) available to hand out.
