Its important for a teacher to be aware of the different styles and roles that they must shift between to communicate lessons effectively to students. I think the teacher needs to constantly be assessing how the students are responding to their lesson style and adjust to the style that produces the best results. Sometimes its important to gently correct mistakes and give encouragement, while at other times it would be best to let little mistakes go and give praise for a job well done to boost the student's confidence. Dividing the class time from individual work, group work, and teacher talking time is an important responsibility of the teacher. A good teacher is going to find a way to motivate, connect, involve all students, and put a smile on their faces while they are learning at the same time.
