This unit was very interesting for me. This topic talks about common situations that we have to deal with every day, with every group of students. This is part of the transversal competences that we have to know as teachers, since it's an important area to cover, and it makes a difference when we know how to manage it. For instance, we can be good and enthusiastic teacher in our subjet but if we don't know how to manage the class it would not going to work. Sometimes we come across students that are not motivated or just don't want to learn. In thoses cases it's essential to know that tools we can use to make that student feel confident and willingness to learn. I think it was an excellent topic to finish this course. It made me think quite a lot about the resources we have to taKe into account when doing a good lesson.
