The objective of this unit is for ensure you and your students understand what the future tense is and to be able to identify future tenses verbs shown in simple sentences. it is important to understand the rules, see how the future tenses are used and make note of example of proper usage. I would focus a lesson by providing context to ensure students understand the basic differences between something that is planned for the future (going to) and spontaneous decisions (will). An important factor is choosing when to introduce the future with 'will' and 'going to' as it will be a large factor in the comprehension by the class. As this is one of the main issues that could cause confusing to students with learning future tenses. I would choose specific simple class activity's to ensure students are comfortable with future tenses, while providing practice talking about future plans and predictions
