In this unit i learnt about the various aspects of classroom management. The dynamics of the classroom will play a large role in efficiently teaching and the success of your students. For the class to be able to effectively learn it is the teachers responsibility to inspire confidence within the classroom. It is extremely important to be flexible and know the appropriate time to change rolls according to the activity with out dominating and leaving the students questioning themselves and you. The organization of the class is essential to the students learning potential. It is important to organize the position of the students and yourself depending on which arrangement is most suitable for maintaining effective control, student student talk time, class atmosphere, and type of activity. For a successful class you must show good eye contact, have a good physical presence, using your voice effectively and correctly, decide on the best seating arrangement, involve all students equally, establish rapport with students, and how to carry out classroom discipline and behaviour management.
