This unit covered the most common problem situations that a teacher may find especially inexperienced teachers. For example what should the teacher do in the first lesson, that is establish rapport among other activities. In addition, it encourages the teacher to do warmers such as hangman, tongue twisters and memory games just to engage students in the lesson mood. However, there are situations where a teacher may find students who are at different levels, large classes and those who are reluctant to participate, various ways of dealing with such situations were also given.
