Unit thirteen 'Teaching Pronunciation and Phonology', teaches the reader the different pronunciations in English. As well as the phonetic alphabet and the symbols used. During this lesson I learned a lot more information on the English language. In high school my teachers would sometimes use the phonetic alphabet when teaching new words in science class but, I had yet the chance to improve my knowledge on the subject until today.
