Unit five is about classroom management. It point out to such features as eye contact, gesture, voice which are very important nonverbal elements of managing classes. They also reduce teacher's talk time and give more opportunities for students to comunicate. Other crutial factors in efficient management are - grouping students in a certain way, classromm arrangement, establishing rapport and how to maintain discipline. Personally I had no idead how important is the arrangemnt of tables or grouping students. Therefore, I find these topics very useful and interesting for me.
