I have completely learnt what an authentic marterial and a created marterial is. In my classes, I used both of them and they are so helpful. I played many action songs - action and movement songs for young learners and they extremely enjoy them. For bigger students, I used some native training videos about pronunciation, reading to help students learn better. BBC channels are great resources that I've been using for years. In addition, I do some search for created marterials on internets and redesign them to fit my needs.
I also use coursebooks for my classes. And of course, it should somehow need some additions or reductions to suit the students' level. Anyway, I think coursebook is necessary for teachers and students as they supply us a well tested marterials and useful teaching tips.
