This unit teaches the different parts of grammar that we use in a sentence. Is important that we know what we use and why we use certain words in our daily life. I learned to identify the verbs, to conjugate them in the past simple and past participle. I learned to identify the adverbs, countable and uncountable nouns. I also learned the difference between an adjective and adverb, an adjective describes the noun and an adverb describes te meaning of the action and has five parts: manner, place, time, degree and frequency. The infinitive is the to verb in the base form. The Gerund is the verb plus the ending ing and is used as a noun an example sentence is: Playing tennis is fun.
There are three articles the definite article the and the indefinite articles a, and an. And finally I learned that Conjunction are words that we use to connect or link words like and, or, but. Even though it took me quite sometime to learn this unit it help me to have a better understanding of the grammar.
