This Unit showed how the attitude of the teacher can affect the result of the lesson. The same teacher demonstrated the same lesson in two different ways. The first lesson he used too many terms for the low level students which caused low level of student participation. The teacher didn't explain the tasks well, TTT was too much, he was quite rude, so the students didn't feel comfortable to participate, to try, as they got negative reaction to their answers, they also got interrupted. The second lesson was structured very well, the teacher knew students names and tried to engage everyone in the lesson. He created a warm and friendly environment where the students felt comfortable to answer and were interested in the lesson. The teacher provided good explanation of the tasks with examples and made sure the students understood what they need to do. He had the students work in pairs during the activate phase to encourage them to talk to each other. Overall, it was very interesting to see the difference between the lessons and make notes of positives and negatives of the lessons.
