After watching these 2 sample videos I've leant many things. First, the attidute of the teacher plays an important role in encouraging the learners. Second, the good rapport between teacher and learners make the lesson run smoothly and help learners feel comfortable to talk and involve effectively. Third, a right start is a great way to prepare learners ready for the main point and lead to a successful lesson. And last but not least, enjoyable atmostphere should be maintained during the class. The last thing, I didn't really understand what happened in the first video and thought that how silly the students are.
