I have learned some classroom management techniques to help create an optimal learning environment. Eye contact, gesture and voice are all details to be conscious of while teaching. I like the idea of mixing up they way students are grouped so that students with different learning styles will have a chance to learn in a comfortable way at least some of the time. Group work, pairing and independent work all have different benefits to learning.
