Speaking and wirting are very important skills that the students should learn, they are equrally important, but in different occansions, accuracy and fluency, one of each is more important than the other. for example, Accrancy is more critical in Dilling, while in dabet occansions, fluncy is more important. I got to learn the techniques to encourage interaction like pair work, grounp work, change the classroom dynamics, plenty of controlled and guided practice before fluncy activities.
