In this unit we study teaching special groups. The important first steps for a teacher with new students is to clearly understand which category of student they come under: beginners, adult or young learners,monolingual or multilingual learners, etc,...The next step is to evaluate their levels , check their needs(via a needs analysis) and communication with the group (and individually) and with this feedback proceed to prepare the next 15 or 20 lessons. These future lesson plans should be explained to the students during the seco nd lesson to ensure that all the students needs are met and that everyone is motivated and enthousiastic. Thereafter the teacher should test the students which could be every 10 lessons in order to evaluate progress of the group and individual and finally prepare an end of the course report for the company. Another important aspect of this unit is advice on teaching young learners, business students in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
