Strong teachers produce strong students. When starting out as a teacher, building that rapport from the beginning is imperative. Showing your students that you are here to help them, care for them, and make things enjoyable is what will anchor them to your class from the start. We need to be flexible and adaptive to make sure each student is being provided the support they need to learn English.
