A very interesting unit indeed, evaluating students is a necessary but very hard part, in what there are a number of factors that need to be taken into consideration, other than language progress, such as motivation and learning difficulties. I find the trickiest part is, after submitting suitable tests, realizing the need to change direction in the teaching process just for a few students whilst making sure to keep the pace steady for the class as a whole.
