This unit was dedicated to advice and suggestions on how to deal with problems and challenges, that might come up in class. It covered a few different categories, such as first lessons, different levels of students' english, large classes, listening difficulties and, in my opinion, the two most challenging problems to tackle - use on native language ad reluctant/shy students.
I think those two are the most difficult ones, as its really tricky to make students do otherwise - using your mother language is a natural thing and many students tend to do so not on purpose, but because they can't help it. When it comes to reluctant and sh students, its nearly impossible to change one's character and personality, so unless you are a magician, it takes a lot of time and effort to make them open up to you and talk.
