In this unit i learnt that nouns are names of people,places,things etc.There are various types of nouns and also we have countable and uncountable nouns.More so,i learnt that countable nouns can be put in plural whilst uncountable nouns cannot be put in plural ,for example, music. Essentially , i learnt that we have adjectives which are used to describe nouns.We also have articles and basically in the English language we have two types of articles namely ,definite and indefinite articles.Furthermore,i learnt about verbs which are doing words,adjectives and their main types,gerunds,pronouns as well as propositions.From what i learnt,all these are what we refer to as parts of speech.
