From this unit, I learned that there are many resources can be use and given to students to help them understand the topics that are being taught. White boards are common and mandatory for all classroom setting because they are used for teachers to write on and express their ideas into words for students to copy and understand. Other sources such as DVD players and cassette players can be used as assisted visual presentation to help students understand the concept from visualization. Dictionary and course books can be used to support teaching materials and help students to understand the concept and meaning of a particular vocabulary or ideas. Visual props are highly recommended and highly affective to use in class because not only they help cut down explaining time for teachers, they can also help encourage students to be more engage in classroom activities. Words and books can sometime only provide so much information, CDs and DVDs can help patch the limited understanding to students who have difficulties understand the full concept.
