The unit is all about the common problems and difficulties the teacher may encounter. In first lesson, a teacher might be greeted with different types of classes, a new group or an existing group. Here, the teacher isn't required to use the course books and should establish rapport and find more about the students, rather. Teacher can use some questionnaires or play a pass-ball game. Then followed by a "warmer" which is designed to be short and fun just to keep the students motivated and get them in the mood for English. There are different levels of students in a class, and the teacher should find a way to keep the quicker students engaged/busy and the slower students not become frustrated. In a large class, the teacher should also have an equal control among the students by using some activities provided in this unit. There some reasons why the student is forced to speak his native language but teacher should not respond nor make the student feel he could find a way to escape speaking English. Reluctant students should be encouraged to speak by providing them some activities that give confidence. In difficulty with listening text, the teacher should pre-teach difficult vocabulary or repeat the context in a clear speed.
