In this unit I have learned different techniques to use eye contact, gestures and my voice to adapt my teaching to the students before me. I contact and gestures ensure the continued attention and participation of the students. My own actions should be consistent so that students may form links from my body language to what they are intended to be doing, for example, I would stand when giving instruction and leading the students would be conditioned into paying attention at these times simply from my placement. While I do not indent to lead I sit and let them feel more relaxed and eager to take charge.
Different organizations of seating and grouping are intended for different stages and activities within a lesson each with their pros and cons and I should be able to use different ones in order to help the students grow by catering to even their personalities. I have learned where main problematic behaviour arises and how to prevent it. Mainly similar attributes to what was covered in the first testable unit of this course.
