Tenses are difficult for me. Especially to understand the usages of Present perfect tense and present perfect continuous tense are sometimes very confusing to me. Because in Chinese there is no such tense. I am very confused by the present perfect tense and past tense. They seem both are able to describe an action or a thing happened in the past. And also present continuous sometimes can be used for the thing which is done frequently. It seems alike present simple tense. I think it is better for me to read more and do more research in future to make the concepts more clearly.
