I have learnt the characteristics of a good teacher as well as the the diverse roles of a teacher,for example,manager,facilitator,assessor etc.In addition i have learnt the various roles of a teacher as well as when and how to switch on them appropriately in order to involve and engage with students.Essentially,i have also realized the different kinds of good learners.More so i realized that learners have their level of English language and also the teachers have their own favorite levels. Good teachers should know their students" customs and differences which can hinder the success of the classes. Overall,i learnt that there must be a good relationship between the teacher and the students ,thus a good teacher will most likely have good students.
