This unit creates a lot of confusion with students. The active voice against the passive voice and the different structures of each can get confusing. As listed in the unit, role plays and rules are great activities to perform within the classroom. This unit would be for higher students who have already learned the basics seeing as it requires the grasping of ideas present in previous units. The unit opens itself to alot of discussion around rules and consequences and could lead to activities where they make rules they want, discuss classroom rules and their feelings about it or maybe even discuss the laws of a country they are in. This might be a good time to also incorporate visuals and videos discussing rules. Overall this structure with its complexity opens the teacher up to having a rich discussion in the classroom.
