Knowing how to write a good lesson plan is very important to a teacher. I prefer making a lesson plan before the class to teaching a class extremely flexible without planning in out before I teach. A clear goal and clear objectives are vital to the success of a class. And if we don't plan before teaching or we don't write the plan down, we'll lose the record that how the students are doing and I'd like to leave a space on my lesson plan for feedback of each class to write down anything needs to be improved or re-emphasized in next class. That is helpful.
