In this unit I have learned how to teach productive skills effectively. Speaking and writing are productive skills. The students possessing efficient productive skills are able to produce a speech or a written text. To develop speaking skills teachers can use controlled, creative and guided speaking activities that will arise the desire to speak and listen.Teachers have to create a comfortable atmosphere, where students feel free to communicate with each other and are not afraid to experiment. To improve writing skills, students should work on their handwriting, learn spelling and punctuation and be exposed to the variety of different layouts of writing and styles.
