From this unit, I learned that having a good attitude in class is important to keep students interest. From the first video, the teacher was not informative and wasn't lively in class. In the second video, the teacher was more happy and was more active with the lesson plan. He demonstrated both verbal and physical aspect in class. He did not participated much in the first video. The lesson was dull and incomprehensible since the teacher did not provide a valid answer to a student's question. It feels like the teacher had too much expectation on his students in the first video. He started off asking students a question without explaining to them first and even when he explained it to them, the did not do a good job at helping students understand the concept. With a good attitude, the teacher was more active during class presentation and he acknowledged the students by their names and not reading it off the list. The teacher seems to put more thought and care in the second video than he did in the first. Overall, the main difference between the two videos is that the teacher and the students were both into the lesson plan that the teacher has set out for the class time.
