Basically, conducting a lecture to those non-native English speakers should proceed with typical stages in the sequence of Engaging which is meant to warm up the students and allow them to pick up the language before the class get start, then followed by Studying which is a dry but crucial stage to make sure every individual student would be able to absorb all or majority of the knowledges introduced in the class by providing test or quiz, finally, Activity would take place to encourage the students to use English in the games or role play by performing all the knowledgs they have ever learned in the previous classes and also the fresh knowledges. I suppose in this sequence, it would not only reinforce every detail conducted in the class to the students, but also stumilate the interest of the students as somehow they have used the language instead of answering questions on the testsheet.
Corrections, also a tricky part for a teacher, which is not easy to distinguish the correct timing of giving a correction to the student, plus the language form of correction also need to be mild and appropriate, just in case a simple correction may ruin student's confidence of study in the future.
