A general lesson planning can be very helpful to an inexperienced teacher in the beginning phrase of his/her career, put down timing and specific procedure in the sequence of time could ensure the class carried out fluently. However, a fixed lesson planning could also bring out some unnecessary problems as the students can’t really fit into the class very well due to the variety of personalities. For example, each teacher would probably prepare 1 set of lesson planning in each phrase of study, but, this form may simply put everything in a very rigid sequence, while some students cannot really follow up or just get bored by the similar sequence from one teacher to another. So, I believe a lesson planning is needed for the new teachers but in a very simple form.
