Unit 4 deals with the present tenses which are four in total. Of course, each tense is used to express a different type of situation/action and, therefore, has to be chosen adequately. What stunned me again but should not confuse me at all is that even though it is called "present tense", most of the time it deals with situations/activities that occured or at least started in the past. However, these relate the past to the present what makes the name understandable again.
