I think that with this unit I covered some very important aspects of the business of English, due to, my actual job is closely related with all these different groups. With this unit I realized that teaching English as business is very different from teaching English in a regular classroom, it deals with more aspects that one can possible think. The needs analysis part I found it very practical and useful and from now I think that I will always use it.
