Before reading this unit, writing lesson plan is one of my weakness. Although I write guidelines on what will I teach, sometimes I was wondering why I couldn’t finish the lesson on time. I thought it is because of my insufficient experience in teaching. But, seeing the sample of the standard lesson plan in this unit, I learned things which should I include in my lesson planning like writing down the procedures in detail using ESA, the approximate time for each activity and the participants. Next time I might be better at time management and control of the flow of the lesson. To sum up, learning the important function, principles, and ideas what to include in writing a lesson plan could help a teacher to accelerate their ways for more organize and smooth flowing lesson.
