I had no ideas about the complexities of phrasal verbs. I had always considered them expressions or some sort of informal communication object similar to a “saying”. I am quite impressed by the fact that they can be categorized. I definitely need to know a bit more about it. Nevertheless, I don´t know if its too much information for a student or if it would be better to teach them as expressions.
