This unit concentrates on classroom management which means the skill of organizing and managing the class,having a friendly,relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. We have different aspects which are needed to be used in our classroom such as: eye contact,gesture and the voice which are important for establishing rapport, reducing the need for verbal explanation and making the instructions or explanations understood to all members of the class. Grouping students is an another important factor in classroom management . Actually students working alone,pairs and larger groups are all appropriate and each has its own place in the classroom. Giving instruction, writing on the board , classroom arrangement ,establishing rapport and maintaining discipline all are important factors which should taken into account . To sum up all of above mentioned factors are necessary and inevitable for classroom management which each teacher should manage his/her class accordingly .
