In this unit I have found that Engage Phrase is really important as it's can effect the whole lesson. Together with that, clear explanation will help students understand better as well as giving them answers and example to follow. I still need to learn more on ESA lesson plan as I feel like I'm not very good at it, I normally do the straight Arrow lesson plan. This videos showed me how boring a lesson can be if the teacher doesn't know how to connect with students and make them understand what they are learning/doing.
