This unit is the most complicated one so far for me. The pronunciation can be different between countries and their people such as British English, American English, Indian English, Thai English....etc and the more you listen the more you can recognize where people come from. I have learnt phonemic symbols in this unit and admit that it's hard, I need to practice and more on this as well as techniques to teach pronunciation. I will continue learning and excise with this unit with the hope will get better and fully understand the meaning of teaching pronunciation and phonemic symbols, I found the symbols are very interesting when put into words and make a phrase.
