Unit 9 has been helpful in teaching me what it is like to structure a general teaching lesson. It's good to note that the lesson planning process creates a general template for the lesson. It's important to remain flexible as the lesson progresses. This can be accomplished by thinking ahead to anticipated problem areas for students, as well as the teacher, and coming up with solutions prior to the lesson starting. Lesson planning also creates a physical record so that you can be aware of what you've previously taught. I think my biggest take away was to start the planning the lesson with the end in mind, known as the Learner Objectives. Thank you.
